Payment Options

Personal Services Agency services can be paid through several different options.
 Home Sweet Home Care is a Medicaid Waiver, CHOICE, and SSBG provider. 
Contact your local Area Agency on Aging (AAA) to access these funding sources.

  If you are currently receiving services through these sources, but would like to change
to Home Sweet Home Care, call your Case Manager.
